POULSBO — Track and field athletes from at least six schools will compete in the Lil’ Norway Invitational April 2 at North Kitsap Stadium.

Scheduled to compete, according to the Olympic League website, are Bainbridge, Chimacum, North Kitsap, Olympic, Sequim and Vashon Island.

Competition in 14 field events and 38 track events will begin at 11 a.m.

Individual and relay team champions will receive T-shirts. Ribbons will be presented to those finishing first through fifth place.

First-place teams, male and female, will receive trophies.

A male and female athlete of the meet will each receive $100 shoes from Poulsbo Running.

Tickets: Adult, $7; North Kitsap students, free; non-North Kitsap students, $3 with ASB card; seniors, $2; children 12 and younger, free.
