North Kitsap defeats Olympic, 3-1
The North Kitsap High boys soccer team beat the Olympic High Trojans Thursday, 3-1. The Vikings (4-0 overall, 2-0 league) still have not let an opposing team score on them. Olympic’s goal was knocked in accidentally by a North Kitsap player. Nick Tedford scored twice and Marco Lopez scored once in the Viking victory. North also out-shot Olympic, 19-4. The Vikings are off for spring break and will return to the pitch April 6, when they host Central Kitsap.
Kingston tops North Mason, 5-1
The Kingston High boys soccer team defeated North Mason High Thursday, 5-1. Kingston moved to 5-0 overall with the win. The Buccaneers play their next game April 6 at Sequim High School.

North Kitsap takes Olympic apart
The North Kitsap High baseball team defeated Olympic High Wednesday, 13-2. Alex Smith recorded the win for the undefeated Vikings (6-0 overall, 3-0 league). Olympic’s Joe Stevick got the loss. Daniel Jewett led the Vikings on offense, going 4-for-5 and scoring four runs. Teammate Nick Benish went 3-for-4 with four RBI.
The Vikings play their next game at 4 p.m. today at Kingston High.

The North Kitsap High fastpitch team defeated Olympic High Wednesday, 7-6. Hailey Carstensen got the win for the Vikings (2-2 overall). North travels to Kingston today to play the Buccaneers. Game time is 4 p.m.
LACROSSE
North Kitsap girls fall to Lakeside
The North Kitsap girls lacrosse team fell to Lakeside Wednesday, 15-3. North Kitsap is now 0-2 on the season. The girls play their next game at 7:45 p.m. April 7 at Bainbridge High School.
Gig Harbor squeaks past North Kitsap boys
The North Kitsap boys lacrosse team lost a tight game to Gig Harbor Thursday, 10-9. North Kitsap dropped to 1-3 with the loss. North Kitsap goaltender Chaz Zacharof had 19 saves.
