POULSBO — The Port Townsend Redhawks were bested by the North Kitsap Vikings Jan. 9.

The Vikings varsity team won 80-43 at home.

North Kitsap’s Ethan Graebner led the team with 21 points. Cole Rabedeaux scored 14.

The Vikings quickly took the lead over the 1A Redhawks. The North Kitsap team was up 26-10 after the first quarter, and 48-18 by the end of the first half.

The Vikings added another 32 points to their score in the second half. The Redhawks scored 25.

North Kitsap’s Calvin Dennis helped keep the ball in the Vikings’ possession with 12 rebounds.

NEXT: The Vikings host the Sequim Wolves at 7 p.m., Jan. 12.
